1. Complete this Sign-Up Form, where you will indicate your first, second, and third choices.
   
2. After registration closes, we will place participants and send an email to complete your registration or a notice you have been added to a waitlist. Note: Often, participants get into their first or second choice, but there is no guarantee, and you might be placed onto a waitlist.

• Please CHECK your email Monday, December 5th by 5PM. 
  
• If payment isn’t received within 48 hours after receiving notice, the spot will go to another participant.
• There may be a second round announced if there are remaining spots available.
• If placed onto a waitlist, we will contact you if a spot becomes available.
• Please note last minute changes and cancellations take a lot of staff time. Also if your child will miss more than two classes due to travel, please reconsider taking a spot. Thank you for your understanding.
